Here are some frequently asked questions about midwifery care:

• What areas do you cover?
  We cover the Kapiti Coast, from Te Horo to Pukerua Bay.
   
• Where do we meet for appointments?
  We usually prefer to see antenatal women at the Kapiti Health Centre, but home visits can be negotiated.
   
• What happens if my midwife is away or busy with another woman in labour?
  There are always at least 2 midwives on call at all times and we provide cover for each other's clients.
   
• How do I meet the backup midwives?
  Our coffee morning is an ideal opportunity for you to informally meet the others in the group.
